/02Transfers outside the UK
Club members' data is stored in London. Where a supplier is in the United States — Anthropic when AI features are on, and Fly.io and Stripe for support and administration — the transfer is covered by the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, backed by a transfer risk assessment. Anthropic does not use text sent through the API to train models.

Clubs authorise this list under the Data processing section of our terms. We will email account holders at least thirty days before adding or replacing a supplier, and you may object.
